PROGRAM SCHEDULE
5 DAYS/ 4 NIGHTS

DAY 01: - ARRIVE DELHI AIRPORT/RAILWAY STATION / TRANSFER TO HOTEL / SIGHTSEEING OF DELHI

  • Reception of the group at the Airport/Railway station and transfer to the hotel
  • Arrive at the Hotel /room’s allocations as per the pre-decided rooming lists

Lunch in hotel:-

  • Departure for sightseeing
  • Sightseeing of Jantar Mantar, Rashtrapati Bhawan, India Gate.
  • Back to the hotel 
  • Dinner and overnight
MEALS: –Lunch, Dinner


DAY 02:- TRANSFER TO CAMP WILD AT ARAVALI VALLEY /  VISIT DILLI HAAT & QUTUB MINAR

  • Breakfast in the hotel
  • Check-out  from the hotel for Dilli Haat
  • Arrive at Dilli Haat

Lunch in Dilli Haat:-

  • Departure for Qutub Minar
  • Arrive at Qutub Minar
  • Departure for Camp Wild at Aravali Valley
  • Arrival at Camp. On arrival Tent allocations as per the decided rooming list
  • Eve Tea with a snack, Soup With early dinner, and overnight
MEALS –Breakfast, Lunch, Eve Tea with snack, Soup, Dinner



DAY 03:- KNOWLEDGE SESSION/ ORIENTATION DAY/  TEAM ACTIVITIES

  • Breakfast 
  • Briefing of the 3 nights program / Division of the group into teams

Lunch:-

  • Post lunch, we engage in a knowledge session learning the adventure equipment & gear, tent pitching etc
  • Exciting Activity - Pottery Wheel
  • Engage in team-building games & Recreational Games in the evening like Volleyball, cricket etc
  • Evening tea with snacks & DAYS REFLECTIONS (In winter, the sunset is around 6:00p.m)
  • Soup and dinner
  • Overnight
MEALS:– Breakfast, Lunch, Eve Tea with snack, Soup, Dinner


DAY 04:- CAMP COOKING/ FULL DAY ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES/DJ NIGHT

  • Each one helps in camp cooking activities for breakfast. The group cooks breakfast for themselves.
  • Full-day engage in adventure activities such as – Wall Climbing, Rappelling, Flying Fox
  • A Short session on Hiking, first aid and wilderness responder so as to prepare for tomorrow’s trek
  • Evening tea
  • Recreational & Rural Games in the evening like Volleyball, cricket etc
  • Evening tea & DAYS REFLECTIONS
  • We enjoy DJ night & farewell Dinner
  • Dinner and overnight

DAY 05:- HIDDEN LAKE TREK/ DEPARTURE DAY

  • The Aravali Mountains are the oldest range in the world. It has lots of features and hidden secrets. Today we trek to explore a hidden lake secretly tucked away from the camp. The return trek is about 6-8 km depending upon the route we choose

lunch:- around 1:30 pm.

  • Departure For Airport/ Railway Station
  • Drop at the Airport/ Railway Station.

  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of cancellation

  • Track pants with t-shirts preferred
  • For swimming carry your own appropriate swimwear such as swimsuits or trunks  and accessories
  • The approach to the camp is from Ballabgarh- Sohna road only.
  • Shoes with rubber soles
  • Caps for sunshade
  • Carry Water Bottles ( Help us avoid use of extra water glasses / plastic bottles
  • which increases the garbage waste & harms the environment)
  • Please note that At Camp Wild, Dhauj preferred coaches are entered 25, 27, 35 and 41 seater Only.
  • Please note the Buses / Coach route is ONLY from the Ballabgarh Sohna road.
  • The Buses/ Coaches cannot come via The Manger village.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:-

  • Prior to 15 days from Check-In: 25% Cancellation
  • Between 7-15 days from Check-In: 35 % Cancellation
  • Between 3-7 days from Check-In: 50 % Cancellation
  • Within 3 days from Check-In: 100% Cancellation

ACCOMMODATION AT THE CAMP:-

  • The set-up includes 15 Unique Lodges and 12 Deluxe Tents, the camp resort is spread over 12 acres of land. Most of the adventures are available here.  Host of activities such as Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Flying fox, Sky Cycling, Cycling, Obstacle course, Private forest, lots of team building games etc. The camp has featured magazines such as “Time Out” & TV channels such as CNN IBN, CNBC, and NDTV Metro etc

OUR PROGRAMMES /TRIPS:-

  • Our programmes/ trips are designed specifically for groups, schools, colleges, youth groups, corporate offsites, organisations & families. All activity elements are tightly controlled. The activities included in the programmes are not advanced expeditions and they do not require participants to be trained in advance. These are simple activities that provide a great experience and basic training. All parts of the programme are closely supported and supervised.

SAFETY TRAINING:-

  • A regular step we take to manage safety is to provide the trip leaders with annual training camps so as to be updated with the new safety techniques. In addition, all participants are briefed regularly to ensure that they play their part in protecting themselves and others. The trip leaders are provided training to ensure they follow the best practices and observe key rules to keep safe and healthy.

BENCHMARKING AND ACCREDITATIONS:-

  • All our trip leaders are well-qualified as rock climbers/ mountaineers from institutes like NIM, WHMI & HMI. They have at least 5 years experience of working as senior instructors outdoors. They all are qualified in First Aid, CPR and first aid wilderness responder courses. All our guides are also licensed by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. We have guides in different foreign languages also so that communication is not an issue.
  • Holiday Moods Adventures is a licensed company by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India approved as an adventure tour operator since 2000.
