Emergency Preparedness

We understand that emergencies can arise, and we are fully prepared to handle them. A resident doctor is on call and a first aid kit is always available to handle any emergencies. In most cases, a nearby hospital is within 15 minutes’ reach, ensuring prompt care. For treks or remote locations, we have additional precautions in place to guarantee swift access to medical assistance. To further enhance safety, we assign dedicated women trip leaders to ensure a supportive and secure environment for all participants.

Benchmarking and Accreditations

Our trip leaders are among the best in the industry, with qualifications from prestigious institutions like NIM, WHMI, and HMI. They have at least five years of experience as senior instructors in outdoor settings. Additionally, all our leaders are certified in First Aid, CPR, and Wilderness First Responder courses.

We are also a licensed operator with the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and have been recognized as an approved adventure tour operator since 2004.
